 Madison Youth Lacrossse

Welcome to MYL Online Registration!  

All registration payments must be made via credit card. You will receive an email confirming your MYL program registration and a second payment confirmation email.  For grades 3-8 SPRING Registrations Partial Payments will be accepted - you must maully change the dollar amount on the payment screen.  All registration balances will automatically be charged on 2/1/23. USA Lacrosse has changed the way MYL pays for insurance and dues. During the registration process you may be directed to the USA Lacrosse website to pay the yearly fee. After that is complete you can continue the registration process. This may only be done by credit card.

SUMMER 2023 MYL BOYS REGISTRATION Rising 1st - 8th Grade

Summer Lacrosse Clinic!  Fun based developmental clinic with scrimmaging that will meet for 4 weeks.  We understand that there will be summer conflicts, but we will not be able to accommodate/pro rate fees.

MONDAYS 5:30pm- 7:00pm @ Surf Club

July 10 th, 17th, 24 th and July 31st.

Base Cost: $40.00

MYL Spring 2023 Boys Registration Grades 1 & 2

Full lacrosse equipment is required (Lacrosse helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, elbow pads, lacrosse glover, protective cup and lacrosse stick.
