Open to boys under the age of 9 as of August 31, 2014 (eligible birth dates are after 8/31/2005). All 3rd graders and any 2nd grader with previous travel lacrosse experience will be eligible for this team. Boys meeting these requirements will be able to tryout for the U-9 Travel team, however roster spots will be limited. All boys playing on U-9 Travel are also required to play in the 2nd-3rd Grade House League. Players that would be considered for U-9 Travel should register, and pay for the 2/3 House program prior to close of registration.
After registering for the 2/3 House, players will be informed of the Tryout schedule for U-9 Travel. (Those players selected for Travel will be charged a travel team fee of $150.00 in addition to their previously paid House fee of $70.00)
Price: Additional fee $150.00 MUST be paid in full before the first game.
The lacrosse season starts in March - ends in June.
Players need the following equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, gloves, stick, cup, mouthguard, sneakers and cleats; rib pads are optional, but strongly suggested. MYL will provide goalie equipment.
